Autonomous Tennis Cart

The purpose of the Autonomous Tennis Cart is to automate the process of collecting tennis balls from the court after a game. In this way, we make it easier for players who are tired after long training sessions or games. The stroller is powered by 2 motors that have 3D printed gearboxes for more power. The motors are controlled by an Arduino Uno R3. It is also responsible for the ultrasonic sensors that we have added for greater safety. They are located on the front and sides so that they can detect people or objects and prevent a collision with them. The cart orients itself on the court with the help of a camera and artificial intelligence. We used Nvidia Jetson Nano for it. We created a model that we trained with over 1000 images to recognize tennis balls.
